Our Mission

Our mission at Weightless Solutions is to promote the health and well-being of individuals and families by using modern cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, combined with healthy nutrition and movement, to help individuals lose weight and keep it off.  

We understand that diet and exercise alone do not equal permanent weight loss.  In fact, scientific research has shown that almost two-thirds of individuals who lose weight through dieting will regain that weight within a short time.

At Weightless Solutions our approach includes the following key elements research has shown work for weight loss and maintenance:

  • Understanding why you’ve gained weight
  • Learning how to reduce emotional eating and under-activity
  • Implementing new ways of eating and moving you can live with for weight loss and for the rest of your life (strategies change for different times)
  • Identifying how to live a happier and healthier life
  • Creating and living the life you want

By incorporating these elements into an individually-tailored therapeutic experience, we are able to assist clients in meeting their weight-loss goals while also helping to ensure that clients develop new coping skills linked to the kind of life they want to have that aid in the cultivation of increased overall well-being.
